  My wife and I recently purchased a home utilizing the FHA 203K loan. Walt Simpson at Movement Mortgage made the process incredibly easy to navigate. Rarely did we have to contact him for anything, as he was always keeping us up to date on the status of our loan. Even after the loan closed, he maintained contact to see how the renovations were coming along. Whether you are a first time home buyer, like my wife and me, or you have purchased several homes before, I would highly encourage using the services of Walt Simpson and the team at Movement Mortgage.

  Walt Simpson helped my mom qualify and process through getting a reverse mortgage. Nursing home costs had depleted funds and it was the only way that she could stay in her home. He could not have been more accommodating to our individual situation. Walt came out to house so my mom would not have to be uncomfortable processing things in an unfamiliar office. He was interested in doing the best for our individual situation. Walt was very patient with our mom who is in her 80's - very clear explaining and patient in repeating or answering questions – sometimes the same ones several times. Walt seemed like a family friend by the end of the process. He answered questions outside the work day including weekends. He was basically on call 24/7 whenever we had questions and never made us feel like we were bothering him. After we finished the process – several months later – we had a change and some questions and Walt was just as accommodating even though he was no longer responsible for this next phase in the process. Walt never felt like a salesman. We never felt pressured to decide anything we were uncomfortable with. Walt gave us enough information but also the time and space to make choices in our own way at our own pace. Overall, he was thorough, assessable, and very user friendly.
